What to Bring
To help us provide the best possible care, please bring the following items to your first appointment:
- A valid photo ID
- Your dental insurance card, if applicable
- A list of any medications you are currently taking
- Any relevant medical history or recent health updates
- Previous dental records or X-rays, if available
If you’ve completed your new patient paperwork ahead of time, please bring it with you or submit it online before your appointment if available.
What to Expect
From the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll be welcomed by a caring team dedicated to making your visit as comfortable as possible.
During your first appointment, we’ll take time to learn about your dental history, discuss any concerns or goals you may have, and perform a comprehensive examination of your oral health.
Depending on your needs, your visit may also include digital X-rays, a professional dental cleaning, and a conversation about any recommended treatment options. We believe in taking the time to explain everything clearly so you always feel informed and confident in your care.
Insurance
We are pleased to work with many dental insurance providers and are happy to help you maximize your benefits whenever possible. Our knowledgeable team can answer questions about your coverage and assist you in understanding your estimated out-of-pocket costs before treatment.

Appointment Policies
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide advance notice whenever possible so we can accommodate other patients who may be waiting for care.
If you’re running late, please give our office a call. We’ll do our best to accommodate you while respecting the appointment times of other patients.
